Introduction:
Meditation
is a practice with many forms and applications. Although the practice
is simple, the affects are profound. At a basic level, the practice of
meditation makes it possible to live a healthier life, to live a happier
life, to improve the capacity to concentrate, to restore a sense of balance
and reduce stress. At another level it is a process of increasing awareness,
attaining a clearer knowledge of self and ultimately transforming the
act of living into a spiritual act.
The practices of Yoga and Chi Gung restore balance to the body and prepares
